Will my paid membership renew automatically?

Yes. Readers Circle and Writers Circle subscriptions renew automatically on the monthly or yearly schedule you select at checkout, unless you cancel before the next renewal.

How do I cancel my paid membership?

Click Login on our website and sign in with the email address you used when joining.

Open Account, then Digital Products or Subscriptions, and select your membership. If prompted, click Go manage subscription. Choose Cancel subscription, then confirm your cancellation.

If you cannot find your membership, contact us through the website for help.

Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

When you cancel through your account, you keep access to your paid membership content until the end of your current billing period. Future renewal payments stop. Your customer account remains available after your membership access ends.

Does cancellation automatically give me a refund?

No. Canceling stops future renewal payments but does not automatically refund payments already made. Contact us if you have a question about a charge.

How do I access my Member Library?

Click Login and sign in using the email address and password you used when joining. Open the link for your membership, then select Member Library inside that area.

You can also use the membership links on our homepage. Readers Circle and Writers Circle resources are located in their respective membership areas.
